Bounce Noosa

Build4U is proud to have finished the commercial construction of Bounce Noosa, a one of a kind luxury backpackers’ accommodation experience.

Bounce won the 2022 Sunshine Coast Master Builders Awards in the Construction – Tourism and Leisure Facilities up to $10 million category.

Build4U completed the build, construction and fit-out of three accommodation pods, bar and pool area, reception and guest amenities, including shared kitchen facilities and amenities.

A major challenge was the construction of Noosaville’s first underground carpark. The underground carpark was made possible by incorporating a floodgate solution from Flow Defense Australia.

We worked with Bounce, Noosa Shire Council, and town planner RG Strategic to overcome the challenges ensuring the constraints the site imposed were addressed ensuring a commercially viable product for the client.
