A Stunning Transformation with New Foyer, Bar, and Lagoon Views
We completed refurbishment of the iconic Novotel Twin Waters on the Sunshine Coast. The project took three months to complete and was finished on time to the day. The refit begins with a completely new stunning foyer entry and pond upgrade, striking lighting features, and tiles.
The foyer was completely redesigned, with wooden feature benches and a new reception desk. A new seating area, with modern wallpaper door portals, Tasmanian oak feature screens and large modern floor tiles was also built. The entire foyer was rewired with new electrical and modern lighting. Four commercial bathrooms were upgraded.
A brand new bar, Sola, was also introduced with a stylish, modern facade that opens up onto a 17 metre hardwood deck. An enormous sail for outdoor dining and social drinks to soak in the Novotel lagoon views.
Novotel won the Master Builders Award winning project in 2020.
