Sunset Bar Transformed into a Stylish Italian Restaurant with Space-Saving Design by Build4U
Originally a nightclub/evening drinks bar, Sunset Bar had been closed for a while. The new owners wanted to move away from the nightclub reputation and build a new Italian restaurant.
There were major structural works involved in bringing the premises up to standards, but once these were addressed Build4U delivered a get fit out.
Challenged with a long and narrow space to work in, Build4U was able to incorporate a number of space-saving design elements to give the space a larger feel. Long visual lines, large windows, and long bench seating all lend to the illusion of space.
A front servery window allows for customer take-away access from the footpath.

"Very professional and quality work. Mick and the lads made it easy for our shop fit out and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend."

Build4U transformed the former Sunset Bar, originally a nightclub, into a modern Italian restaurant. After addressing major structural upgrades, Build4U used space-saving design elements like long visual lines, large windows, and bench seating to create a more open feel in the narrow space. A front servery window was also added for takeaway service.
